HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER SHIPS?

Ground orders that are in stock are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days unless specified otherwise. Note: if you placed an order after 1pm CET on Friday, your order will not be shipped until the following Monday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking and an estimated delivery date. 

 

Business days are Monday - Friday; Holidays, Saturday, Sunday are not included in shipping days.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed and payment has been made , you will not be able to change/cancel the order. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we are shipping internationally. Shipping is free for all orders. Standard shipping will be used for all orders.

DO YOU HAVE A PHONE NUMBER?

We're not able to offer phone support at this time. Please email us through Contact Us option and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT & RETURN POLICY?

We accept credit and debit cards. We do not accept return, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
